NYAL second round - Tilsley Park

Sunday 16th May saw the second round of the NYAL at Tilsley Park. On a cold and later wet day, Radley went up against Milton Keynes and Bicester/Banbury. The day saw a close fought match against Milton Keynes and delivered some outstanding performances from Radley Athletes.

For the U13 girls Alex Cross provided a 1.50m High Jump, Haley Perrin a 5.06m Long Jump for the U15 girls and Megan Humphries a 2.31.1 800m for the U13 girls  - all Grade 1 performances.

NYAL - Leamington

Radley make a splash at the start of the season in the National Young Athletes League last Sunday by convincingly winning their first NYAL match.
We had a tremendous turnout from the athletes who competed, not only in their specialised events, but also filled other events in their age groups. Notably Jess East and Katharina Clitherow who both ran the 3000m and the 1500m and 800m respectively, Kieran Webb and Adam Breslin who ran the 1500m and the 1500m steeplechase.
Lizzie Terry achieved personal bests in both the 100m and 200m.
