Photographic & Video Images

Joe Bibby - Posted on 03 March 2010

Radley AC is committed to providing a safe environment for children/young people under the age of 18 to participate in athletics.
Radley AC have therefore prepared a Welfare Policy in line with the requirements of UKA Athletics. Policys can be viewed here.
As part of the revised processes to implement the policy and ensure all necessary steps are taken to protect our young athletes from inappropriate use of photographic images, which is rare, the Club have added a statement to the 2010 membership form to seek parents agreement for the use of photos and/or videos of their child being used by the Club either as a coaching aid or for promoting the sport, Club or individual and team success e.g via website, local media, leaflets etc.
As you have already completed the 2010 membership form prior to this change being implemented we are asking you to complete the attached form and return it to us so that we can attach to the membership form and ensure your wishes are adhered to and your child is fully protected whilst undertaking the Club’s activities.
Should you have any queries, please contact Lorraine Waknell, Radley AC Welfare Officer in the first instance.  Alternatively, discuss with Kay Reynolds, Club Mark Officer.
