Win a Mitchum Athletics Training Masterclass
UKA and new sponsor Mitchum are offering twenty lucky winners the chance to train with some of the Aviva GB & NI team’s freshest athletic talent.
The competition runs from 25 January to 5 March and entrants simply need to go to www.uka.org.uk/sponsors/mitchum to enter.
On Saturday 20 March competition winners will receive a half day coaching session from 2008 Olympic high jump finalist Tom Parsons, and Conrad Williams 4x400m World Championship silver medallist.Winners will also receive detailed advice from top UKA coaches, physiotherapists and nutritionists on how to maximise their speed, strength, endurance and all round fitness in a healthy and enjoyable way.
The sessions will take place at the UKA’s National Performance Centre in Lee Valley North London, a world class training facility used by Britain’s elite athletes.
