Membership
Membership of Radley AC is due on an annual basis, commencing 1st January each year.
Only paid up members are eligible to compete for the Club, in any type of meeting and are covered by insurance.
Membership is open to all groups of the community.
Annual Fees
The fees, based on the athletes' age (as at 31st August 2012) and including England Athletics affiliation fees and all coaching and competition provision (except track and match fees) are:

* Students away at college, HM Forces, 2nd claim members & those looking for a family discount or for a part-year may apply for concessions.
Members can add £20 to their fees to include the cost of a Radley AC Club T-shirt and Hooded top and £13 for a Radley Competition Vest. These can be seen prior to purchase if you wish.
Family members and friends are welcomed as Associate Members any contribution is accepted (minimum £3).
Declaration
All athletes/ volunteers who become members/ associate members must consent to:
*My child being taken away to matches under the supervision of a team Mnager and giving them permission to approve emergency first aid and other medical treatment if necessary.
*Emergency first aid being delivered at training venues if required.
*Photos/videos of my child being used by the Club in line with Club/UKA Welfare Policies for a) use as a coaching aid and/or b) publicising or promoting the Club or sport.
*This membership information being stored on computer in line with the Data Protection Act.
*My child training outside the confines of the track, where coaching supervision may be more limited.
All athletes applying to be members of Radley AC should complete and return the attached membership form with the appropriate fee to:

Alternatively they can pass it to their coach or Team Manager in a sealed envelope (cheques only please).
