Other events (depending on the age group) include standing long jump and triple jump, vertical jump, javelin, chest push, shot put and speed bounce (jumping as many times as possible in an allotted time, over a small wedge with a two footed landing). There are also various relay races which include 4 x 1 lap, 4 x 2 lap, the paarlauf and obstacle race.
