Radley youngsters produced many excellent performances with three of their Under 15 girls, Lois Waknell, Alex Cross and Kathryn Woodcock gaining the English Schools entry qualification. Waknell won gold in the 100m final clocking a new personal best of 12.65s (now the leading performance in the UK this year), Cross won gold in the High jump with a leap of 1.57m and Woodcock won gold in the discus with a throw of 28.58m. Georgina Sunderland won two golds clocking new personal bests in the 75m hurdles final (12.03s) and in the 300m final (43.50s) along side team mate Erika Davies who took the bronze medal.
U17 Women – Hayley Perrin won gold in the high jump and long jump with leaps of 1.55m and 4.97m respectively.
U13 Boys – TJ McClimont produced a new personal best in the shot putt with a throw of 7.71m to take gold with team mate Robby Crowther taking silver with a throw of 7.03, also a personal best. Harry New took the bronze in the 75m hurdles final.
U13 girls – Newcomer Holly Bridgman scored a new personal best in the high jump with 1.30m to take silver, with team mate Freya Rowe taking bronze (1.20m). Abbey Cottam gained silver in the javelin. Faith Brew was fifth in the 800m final with a new personal best of 2.37.64s. Millie Perrin just missed out on the medals in long jump leaping to a new personal best of 3.76m.
