Forum meeting summaries
Forums are on the first Wednesday of every month in Tilsley Park's Bar (at the bottom of the stairs before you get to the track stand) before the start of the training session (approximately six o'clock start) athletes, parents, coaches and associate members are all welcome and are encouraged to atend.
This is a chance for you to hear about important notices, achievements and have your say in how the club is run. Forums play a key role in the club's communication.

November 2011
- No forum meeting was held in November.
October 2011
- No meeting was held in October due to the track break.
7 September 2011
- A vacancy is open for the clubs' coaching co-ordinator, details on the website.
- Highlighted that the Club champs is on the 18th September and the deadline for entries is Monday 12th September.
- Jackie Breslin spoke and thanked all athletes who had competed the previous weekend in the SWL and the Vets league.
3 August 2011
This was a brief meeting.
- A congratulations re Middlesex trophy success (trophies were on display).
- A mention of the Club Champs (forms available soon and helpers/volunteers needed)
- Well done to Gina Sunderland who came 6th in SEAA pentathlon.
5 July 2011
- Annalise thanked all the younger athletes for thier support to Oxon league and displayed the trophies won during the season which incl the overall girls trophy.
- Several champs had taken place and Radley athletes have performed superbly well included:
* South West Vets champs - 2 golds for Jan Ellacot (100/200).
* British Masters Champs a number of good performances but medals for Natasha Mighty - silver (shot), Bronze (Jav and weight) Lyn Ahmet - Bronze - LJ Michelle Hazell - Bronze - LJ Gill Woodland - Silver - LJ.

- Great start to season: Oxon league- 1st in U13G/B and U15G, 3rd in U9G, 5th in U15B (1 athlete only) and 2nd in all other age groups! Overall we are 1st in girls and 2nd in boys.
Several of our athletes have broken league records already! Well done to all! Also good team performances in SWL and vets leagues - Key priority for this year is to secure our financial position including fundraising.

- ESAA qualifying - 4 radley athletes so far (Emma O'Hara, Kathryn Woodcock, Alex Cross, Lois Waknell)
- U13 CR broken at Bracknell for 600m by Callum Rowe.
- Club Open meeting - final timetable available, helpers and raffle prizes needed!
- team managers needed for masters (over 35) league mens and womens team.
- membership/EA affilliation now expired so athletes not insured.
- clubmark-now achieved accrediated as safe, effective and member-friendly club.
- alpha beta availability to Kay R
