Clean sweep for Radley Boys in Oxford Mail Cross Country at Culham

Radley Boys won the three junior races at the latest Oxford Mail meeting on Sunday. In fine weather the morning started with Nawal Elkirate winning the U11 Girls event. She was followed in quick succession by Robby Crowther in the U11 Boys, Christian Von Eitzen in the U13 Boys and George Miller in the U15 / U17 Men. In the U13 girls event Megan Humphreys was close to winning another age group when she narrowly finished second.

Oxon League Presenations

A number of Radley athletes were invited to attend the annual Oxon Junior League Presentation evening on Tuesday 24th November 2009 at Tilsley Park.
Radley did well in the awards with the following achievements:
League records were broken during 2009 by the following people (who were awarded a certificate to acknowledge this great achievement):
U9B – Max Crowther – 600m and total score for quad kids.
U11G – Zoe Chung – Vortex and total score for quad kids
U11B – Robby Crowther – Vortex and total score for quad kids

Sportshall round 2 results - Bicester

Excellent performances from Rachel Bibby, Hayley Perrin & Emma O'Hara - all set records. U11 boys team continuing their great form and have extended their lead over the other teams. U15 girls lead their competition. U11 & U13 Girls close behind in second place. Next event in January we really need a good turn out so we can push on in all age groups. written by Kevin O'Hara

Maidenhead Cross Country Results

The results of the annual championships held at Maidenhead on Saturday 14th November 2009 are attached below. Many thanks to Reading Road Runners for hosting the championships and to all the course marshalls, timekeepers, judges, starter, the refreshment crew, The British Red Cross and many more who helped to make the day a success.
